VALDOSTA —
Frank Rome, Jr., 62, passed away Dec. 23, 2012. He was born in Valdosta on Jan. 30, 1950 to the late Frank Rome, Sr. and Emma Lee Rome. Brother Frank Rome was preceded in death by his father, Frank Rome, Sr.; two sisters, Erma Jean Archer and Janice Rome.
He leaves behind his mother, Emma Lee Rome,; one brother, Larry Rome; one sister, Verdell (Robert) Conwell; aunts and uncles, Erma K. Robinson, Roberta (Johnny) Washington, Jewel (Rhudene) Morgan, Ethel Mae (Jessie) Loving, Lethia Rome, Mildred Stafford, Elvis White, Georgia Hill, Gladys Rome and Mary Rome; several nieces and nephews, Brett, Natasha, Jemal, Terasjah, Anari, Ariyah, Izannah, Reggie and several cousins and sorrowing friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec.. 29 2012 at 11 a.m., at Morning Star Baptist Church with Sr. William C. Morgan, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Public viewing will be held today, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Stevens Funeral Home of Valdosta
