Horace Parker, 63, of Valdosta, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced at a later date by Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home in Quitman.
