Mrs. Ruth Blair age 86, born in Kokomo Ind., died Jan. 18, 2013 in Jacksonville Fla. She graduated from Columbia University in 1948 with a degree in Nursing. Ruth was very involved in Girl Scouts with her daughters which she enjoyed. She spent her life caring for her family and leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son Donald Blair, Jr. ( Susan); four daughters, Janet Atlan (Daniel), Bonnie Peterson (Jim), Liz Chapin (Bill Reeves), Becky Blair; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and her caregiver Lisa Shephard.
