Frances G. Hall, 89, of Quitman, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at the Presbyterian Home of Quitman.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time, but will be announced later by the Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home.
