When are we going to face the fact that children have had babies when they couldn't even accept the responsibility for graduating high school? Now these women-children and men-children who never really gained wisdom themselves are supposed to be involved parents and upstanding citizens. Both the white and the black communities have got to help our kids reclaim their innocence and insist they prepare themselves for the future.
