Valdosta’s girls basketball team defeated Mitchell County 71-62 in overtime on Friday night at the Rufus McDuffie Gymnasium in Camilla.
Valdosta’s Stormm Phillips led all scorers with 23 points and nine rebounds.
Valdosta (10-1) hosts Lowndes today at 6 p.m.
