The Lowndes girls basketball team lost 58-54 to Colquitt County on Tuesday evening. The Vikettes fell to 14-8, and 3-6 in Region 1-6A.
Tashia Brown led the Vikettes with 17 points and nine rebounds. Mercedes Gillon-Grant scored 15 points, and Lexus Miller added 10.
Lowndes will host Tift on Friday at 6 p.m.
