ATLANTA —
Authorities say an Atlanta Police officer is recovering from a gunshot wound in a local hospital.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://bit.ly/VQSDtn ) reports an officer was shot Friday night in the area of Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard and Lee Street.
The unidentified officer has been taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and police say the wounded officer is in stable condition.
