MOODY AIR FORCE BASE —
A technical sergeant assigned to the 23d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 23d Maintenance Group at Moody Air Force Base was pronounced dead at 8:45 p.m. Friday, April 13 in Clearwater, Fla.
Technical Sergeant Jesse Foreman was found by MacDill Air Force Base Office of Special Investigations and Clearwater Police Department in a hotel room with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene by police officials. Sergeant Foreman, 36, was an aircraft armament systems loader with the 23d AMXS.
“The Airmen of the 23d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron are deeply saddened at the loss of Sergeant Foreman. Our sympathy goes out to Jesse’s family during this tragic time,” said Lt Col. Gregory Lowe, 23d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander. The cause of death is under investigation. For questions, call the 23d Wing Public Affairs Office at 257-3007.
