2004-2005 Mr. and Miss LHS chosen

Michael Kelly and Shelly Sheppard were chosen as Mr. and Miss LHS and will begin their year long reign during the homecoming week activities September 27 through October 1.



Mr. and Miss LHS will take their place on Dale Walker Field during the half-time ceremonies to be officially crowned by the 2003-2004 Mr. and Miss LHS at the Homecoming game October 1.

Shelly is a senior, age 17 and her parents are LaRonna and Tommy Johnson of Day and Gene Sheppard of Live Oak. Shelly plans to attend college to become a physical therapist. She names world history as her favorite subject and shopping, being with friends, cheering and knee boarding as the favorite pastimes she enjoys.



Shelly said, “It is a great honor to be Miss LHS and I am so proud to represent our school. This will be a memory I will never forget.”



Michael is 17, and a senior at LHS where he has spent his entire school career. Playing baseball is one of Michael’s favorite pastimes. His parents are Sheree and Gary Kelly. After graduation Michael said he plans to attend college and pursue a career in physical therapy.



” I am honored that the student body chose me as Mr. LHS this year. I’ve made many memories at LHS and look forward to my senior year,” said Michael.
