Gene George Cevaer

Gene George Cevaer, 70, died Thursday, Nov. 11 at the Veterans Medical Center in Gainesville. He moved to the Branford community from North Tonawanda, NY. He resided in the Branford community for 22 years, and was the retired owner of River Run Campground. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Cevaer was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Gainesville.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Pyle Cevaer, Branford; two daughters, Barbara Kirk and Sherie Thomas, Branford; one son, Glenn Cevaer, Branford; three brothers, John Cevaer, Niagara Falls, NY, Renee Cevaer, Ramsonville, NY, and Eugene Sudzeko, Norman OK; one sister Marie Cevaer, NY; and five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Gainesville, with Rev. Ron Will officiating.
Moring Funeral Home of Melrose was in charge of arrangements.
