The Hamilton County High School Parade will be Friday, October 31 at 2:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “Trick or Treat to the Trojan Beat.” All businesses and community organizations are encouraged to show support for the Trojans. Parade lineup will be at the high school student parking lot at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $5 for walking entries, $10 for car entries and $20 for float entries. Early payment of entry fees is appreciated.

The route will start at the high school student parking lot, continue by the Suwannee Valley Nursing Home, turn east on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, return to Hatley Street and continue to the Bank of America parking lot.

All businesses and community organizations are encouraged to participate. Candy or other items may not be thrown or given out from parade entries. If you have any questions, please contact Denise Clayton or Phyllis Harris at (386) 792-6540.

The Parade coincides with the conclusion of “Red Ribbon Week” in Hamilton County, where local kids have been encouraged to “Just Say No” to drugs.
