Jermaine Walker scored three touchdowns and DD Deatris returned an interception for a TD to lead the JV Trojans to an opening season win.

The young Trojans got outstanding play from their linebackers, and also great play by guard Adam Morman collecting five sacks and did a great job of blocking.

Chad Billington was also able to get into the Blue Wave backfield on several occasions getting a couple of sacks and harassing the offensive backfield of the Blue Wave.

On the offensive line, Tylor Morgan and Martin Taylor did a great job of blocking allowing the execution of the offense leading to the big win.

Other key performers were Will Heirs at the defensive end position, and Josh McCoy after forcing a couple of fumbles.
