Larry Suggs

Larry Suggs, 69, passed away Saturday May 8, 2004 at his home following a short illness.



The Jacksonville native was born November 17, 1934 and was a lifelong resident of the Branford area. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, an Insurance Underwriter with Suggs Insurance Agency, Inc. for 10 years, served on The Board of Trustees for McCall’s Chapel United Methodist Church of Branford, where he was an active member.



He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Suggs, two daughters, Laura and Rebecca Suggs all of Branford, three sons, Alan and Lewis Suggs of Williston, and Adam Suggs of Atlanta, GA, five grandchildren, Tiffany Prats, Aaron Suggs, Austin Suggs, Grace Suggs, Ty Cramer and many nieces and nephews.



Visitation was held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home.



Funeral services were held Wednesday May 12, at 2 p.m. in McCall’s Chapel United Methodist Church, Branford, with Rev. Fred Taylor officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.



Daniels Funeral Home of Branford was in charge of all arrangements.
