Mattie Lee Cooper

Mattie Lee Cooper, 89, passed away Tuesday, July 13 at her residence following a long illness.

The Lakeland native was born January 26. 1915 and moved to the Branford area in 1952 from Jacksonville. She was a homemaker and member of the Branford First Presbyterian Church.



Mrs. Cooper is survived by two daughters, Dr. Nancy Lee Cooper of Branford and Mary Kenn Walker of Crawfordville; one son, Jerry Cooper of Branford, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.



Funeral services were conducted, Saturday July 17 at 11 a.m. in the Branford First Presbyterian Church, 105 NW Drane St., Branford with Rev. Glen Busby officiating. Interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery.



Daniels Funeral Home of Branford was in charge of all arrangements.
