Ethel Perry

Ethel Perry, 99, of Live Oak, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2004, in the Surrey Place Nursing Home, Live Oak, after a long illness. The Poulan, Ga. native moved to Live Oak from Sylvester, Ga. in 1945, was an elementary teacher at Poulan Schools in Georgia, a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Live Oak, where she was a member of the choir and Ladies Circle.



Survivors include: one daughter, Helen (Robert) Latham, Albany, Ga.; one son, Charles (Marsha) Perry, Jacksonville; one sister, Evelyn Parker, Americus, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Perry.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., today, Friday, Aug. 13, at Daniels Memorial Chapel, Live Oak, with the Rev. Jim Wade officiating. Interment will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.



Daniels Funeral Home of Live Oak is in charge of all arrangements.

Joseph Walsh Jr., 76, of McAlpin, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2004, in Shands at University of Florida, Gainesville, after a long illness.
