Gilchrist Building Supply has announced that Chris Fox of Branford is the $1,000 Spring Catalog Shopping Spree Sweepstakes winner. Chris selected a number of items from the Gilchrist Building Supply Spring Catalog including a Char Broil Stainless Steel Gas Grill.

Chris was very excited about winning the sweepstakes and stated that he enjoys the “hometown atmosphere and customer service” he receives at Gilchrist Building Supply. “You’re not just a number and I really appreciate that,” he explained. Chris joins the ranks of three past winners of the Shopping Spree Sweepstakes but he is the first $1,000 winner. Gilchrist Building Supply began these contests in connection with Do It Best Corp., with the introduction of their Fall Catalog in 2004. There will be another opportunity to win $1,000 worth of merchandise in their upcoming 2006 Fall Catalog.

Sweepstakes participants complete an entry form from the Gilchrist Building Supply Catalog and drop it in a drawing box located in the store.
