* Greggory Allen Pitts, 43, was charged with battery in the 2500 block of Bailey Drive at 2:20 p.m., reports said.

* Izeal Donaldson, 57, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a driver’s license violation and following too close after a traffic accident in the 1800 block of West Hill Avenue at 6:04 p.m., reports said.

* Robert Chad Moore, 21, Lake Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and other traffic violations in the 1400 block of North St. Augustine Road at 11:14 p.m., reports said.

* Charlie James Powell, 41, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a miscellaneous traffic offense following a traffic accident at the 400 block of Hightower Street at 7:34 p.m., reports said.

* Shea Tyler Rutherford, 22, Davie, Fla., was charged with marijuana possession following a traffic stop on Ga. 401 South at 8:28 a.m., reports said.
