The Bucs baseball season ended Friday in Jacksonville when Arlington Country Day defeated them 10-1. The Bucs had traveled to play the defending state champions who continued its domination by advancing to the 2A Region 2 finals.

The Buccaneers have nothing to hang their heads for as they dominated district play by defeating Mayo and Trenton to advance in regional play. They hosted Maclay on Tuesday and defeated them 8-4. This group of young men will go down in Buccaneer history as having advanced the furthest of any team in play off history, to now.
