Lillian K. Mock
Lillian K. Mock, 85, of McAlpin, passed away Friday, June 22, 2007, in the Surrey Place Convalescence Center, Live Oak, following a long illness. Mrs. Mock was born in Jennings, Florida, on September 2, 1921, to the late James G. and Frannie Knighton. She moved to McAlpin in 1957 from Dade County. The homemaker was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Live Oak.
Mrs. Mock is survived by her two daughters: Bettye M. Bracewell of McAlpin, and Cecil Lofton of Ovalo, Texas; two sons: Byron Mock of Gainesville, Florida, and Tony Mock of Hahira, Georgia; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Mock, a son, Clifford Mock, and two grandsons, Jonathon Mock and Shawn Bretz.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Presbyterian Church with Reverend Jim Walkup and Reverend Randy Wilding officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
Daniels Funeral Homes and Crematory was in charge of all arrangements.
Cindy Myddelton
Cindy Myddelton, 64, of Jasper, Florida, passed away Monday, June 25, 2007, in a Gainesville hospital following a brief illness. Mrs. Myddelton was a lifelong resident of Jasper and a long time member of the Jasper United Methodist Church. She was a RN for both the South Georgia Medical Center and the Hamilton County Hospital. She retired from the Lake Park Clinic after 14 years of service.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Paul G. Myddelton of Jasper; one brother, Stamps (Wanda) Chandler of Jasper; three nieces: Amy Hendry, Ginny Godwin and Jessica Chandler, all of Jasper; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2007, in the Jasper United Methodist Church. Burial followed in Sunset Hill Cemetery of Valdosta.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Jasper United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1298, Jasper, FL 32052 or to the Jasper Woman’s Club, P.O. Box 1201, Jasper, FL 32052.

Coye F. Sauls Hall
Coye F. Sauls Hall, age 77, of Jennings, Florida, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2007, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Georgia, following an illness of some time. She was born in Quitman, Georgia, on May 16, 1930, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Warren Crosby. She was a longtime resident of Hamilton County and was the City Clerk for the City of Jennings for almost 20 years. She will always be remembered for her ministry in the community, helping the sick, homebound and her church family. She will also be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Hall was a longtime member of the Jennings Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mackey Sauls Sr., and Woody Hall.
Survivors include one son, Mackey Sauls Jr. of Jennings; two daughters: Teresa Black (Thomas Jr.) of Jennings, and Vonda Selph (Dennis) of Lake Park, Georgia; seven grandchildren: Jenni Alvarado, Heather Bembry, Mackey Sauls III, Holly Black, Jordy Selph, Emily Selph and Corey Selph; five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Jennings Assembly of God Church with Reverend Ralph Blackman officiating, assisted by Reverend Ted Sauls and Reverend Walter Long. Interment followed at Carter Cemetery in Echols County.
