Bruce Allen Cason, born July 23, 1965, of Lake City, Florida, passed away in Sealy, Texas, on November 7, 2007. A memorial service will be held November 17, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at Suwannee River Church of the Nazarene in Facil, Florida, where he attended church from his childhood until he was a young adult.

He is survived by his father, Ervin Cason, and mother, Shirley Burrows, of White Springs, Florida; six children: Erica, Ryan and Jessica Cason of Eagle Lake, Texas, Kayla, Meghan and Lindsay Cason of Sealy; two sisters: Virginia Tippens of High Springs, Florida, and Ginger Powell of White Springs; three brothers: Mark, Dale and Jay Cason of White Springs; and various family and friends from Florida and Texas.

Services will be conducted by Reverends Hollis Robinson and Craig Henderson. The service will include a time for sharing stories and memories for a scrapbook to be given to his children. In lieu of flowers, the Bruce Allen Cason Trust Fund is being set up at Mercantile Bank for the four minor children.
