U.S. Border Patrol Agent Tony “Hollywood” Henderson, 46, of Macclenny pleaded guilty last week to distributing marijuana and faces up to five years in prison. A confidential source from the Live Oak Police Department assisted in the operation which led to Henderson’s arrest two years ago.
The LOPD figure and co-conspirator Pedro Fernandez obtained three pounds of marijuana from Henderson’s home in December 2005, according to reports. Henderson also distributed six pounds to another person in Baker and Columbia counties in 2003 and 2004.
Fernandez was sentenced to 20 months in prison on a marijuana charge.
