A Live Oak woman was arrested and charged with the sale of alcohol without a license Feb. 8.
Patricia M. Holm, 57, of 208 Martha St., was arrested at a local club she owns, Hammerheads, after authorities determined the club was selling alcoholic beverages without proper licensing, according to reports.
Records show that the establishment holds a bottle club license, which prohibits the purchase or sale of alcoholic beverages under Florida law.
An agent and a confidential informant entered the premises on several occasions and were served alcoholic beverages at the establishment, according to reports. This led investigators to obtain a search warrant.
Holm was transported to the Suwannee County Jail and later released on bond.
