Daytime lane closures between US 129 and SR 247 to widen the roadway and to work on drainage pipes in preparation resurfacing of the roadway. The contractor is not working on Fridays.

Daytime lane closures as resurfacing continues on the southbound lanes from McAlpin to the northern city limits of Branford. Work is expected to begin in the city limits of Branford during the week of Aug. 18. If entering the road from a driveway in the middle of a lane closure, make sure the traffic is headed in the same direction you wish to travel to avoid a head-on collision. The contractor is not working on Fridays.

Work is expected to begin Monday starting in Branford at US 129 and will proceed north to the Columbia County line to resurface. Daytime lane closures after 8:30 a.m. The contractor does not intend to work on Fridays.
