“Otto ‘Hank’ Miller, age 74, passed away November 1, 2008. Mr. Miller was a native of Lafayette County, FL and a retired truck driver and a friend to many. He is survived by his nieces: Anita Hamilton, Linda Pickron, Susan Balmer, his nephews: Mike Spence, Buddy Hunt, Van Miller, his sister in law: Byrdine Miller; and a special friend, Christine Potter and numerous friends and extended family.

Memorial service is Thursday, November 13, 2008, 1 P.M. at the chapel of FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Blvd, Jax, FL (904 781 4314) with Rev. Robt Kendall officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed at Community Hospice Foundation 4266 Sunbeam Rd, Jax., FL 32257”
