• At 1 p.m., Valdosta police arrested Zakary Shuman, 18, in the 2300 block of North Ashley Street for forgery, according to reports. NOTE: In 2011, court records state after a period of probation, the charges were discharged and Shuman was exonerated under the First Offender Act.

• At 12:06 p.m., Valdosta police arrested Julesia Julonea Ellison, 20, for shoplifting in the 1400 block of North Lee Street, according to reports.

• At 9:34 a.m., Valdosta police arrested Thomasina Reynae Buie, 23, for shoplifting in the 1400 block of North Lee Street, according to reports.



Wednesday

• At 10:28 p.m., Valdosta police arrested L.C. Strawder, 27, in the 1300 block of Baymeadows Drive for battery, according to reports.
