VALDOSTA — President Robert Ganzak and Creative Director Steven Heddon of Fusion Creative Marketing have expanded building space and their inventory of services for the modern consumer.
Now located at 4002 N. Oak St. Ext., Fusion offers regional and national clients services for print, video, photography, and Web design.
The pair also host a marketing radio show on 92.1 Talk Radio on Fridays from 2-3 p.m.
Fusion has been in business for three years and markets itself as a branding and advertising company creating a consistent, holistic, and innovative concept for every client.
“Our company is maintaining that you start with the creative then go from there,” Heddon said.
Originally located on North Patterson Street, the decision to move into a bigger space was an opportunity afforded by a client of Ganzak’s, Nichols Security.
“Nichols Security is now in three states, and they were in need of a company to help create an image to generate business,” said Heddon. “We’ve worked with the company to change the look and feel of their imaging, created a brand for the company, and now Bob (Ganzak) has taken on the responsibility of heading their sales department, hence the move.”
Fusion intends to work with businesses with any budget, but only asks that the client allow Fusion to maintain a national and creative approach and remain consistent with present and future times.
“Anything that you have to do so quick, that it would prevent it being completed effectively, we won’t do,” said Heddon. “I’ll work with any budget, but we’ve got to think of quality. We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our skill and we want to maintain that level of quality for the client.”
Heddon said that due to the economy the need to target businesses with a potential of withstanding times of hardship is extremely important.
“We’ve been in business for three years, and during our second year we had an increase of about a third of our sales,” said Heddon. “So, we were doing very well. We began doing bigger projects while offering costs at a third of what you’d find in Atlanta. Then, there was a turn in the economy.”
Heddon explained that the transition from doing well to the twist in the economy was a three-step process.
“First, I think there was just an overall shock,” said Heddon. “Then you immediately ask yourself, Will my business be OK? Then you think strategically and wonder which potential clients will survive during this time. So, we have now targeted those businesses that will survive in times of economic downturn, and we are encouraging other businesses to do the same.”
Providing services for the health care and law industries has been the main focus of Fusion. Still the company offers services for everyone, ranging from local music artists to international companies based in Germany.
Individuals are encouraged to stop by for a free consultation. Fusion owners will view current marketing plans and provide insight on how to improve them.
Ganzak has over 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry and specializes in training and copy writing.
He’s been awarded numerous awards as a result of his many years in radio.
Heddon began his career with Mirage Studios as a photographer. When his market expanded into commercial photography, it led to the opening of Fusion Creative Marketing.
