The prom-fashion         forecast this year is                 super-bright, whether long or short, full or narrow, strappy or strapless. 2010 proms are going to rock this season.

Just because prom is a formal occasion doesn’t mean you can’t show a         little leg. Eschew the ballgown for a tea-length dress. It will make dancing easier.

 This prom season, we will also see more of the retro old Hollywood glamor style gowns.
