Mrs. Judy Goins, age 53, originally of Douglas, Ga., passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010 at her residence in Quitman, Ga. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced later by McIver Funeral Home of Douglas and Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home of Quitman.
