Celebration of Life for Mother Parthenia K. Kelsie of Valdosta who passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at the Church At Pine Hill. The Rev. Alex Bunion is the pastor and Bishop James Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in Mayday Cemetery in Mayday, Ga.
