The African American Development Council sponsored a Mini Boot Camp on Monday night, at the John Hale Community Park and Recreation Center. According to the AADC President Yvonne Scott, there were 85 children that showed up to participate in the three part challenge. The boot camp was conducted by Command Sgt. Maj. Michael W. Williams.

“We must remember movement is the medicine for creativity and a person’s physical, emotional and mental state. There are only two requirements when it comes to exercise, one is that you do it and you continue to do it Army strong,” Command Sergeant Major Williams said.
