The No. 1 ranked Valdosta State softball will host in-state foe Albany State today for a doublheader, starting at 4 p.m.

VSU is 31-2 on the season, and is riding a 25-game winning streak.

The Blazers are 2-0 against Albany State this season, posting 10-0 and 21-0 victories over the Golden Rams on Feb. 15 in Albany.

Valdosta State hosts North Alabama Friday and Alabama-Huntsville Saturday at the VSU Softball Complex. Saturday’s contest with the Chargers will be Pack the Park Day. The first 100 fans will receive a free t-shirt.
