Students were rolling at the Suwannee-Hamilton Technical Center on Monday with guest sushi chef Bill Chow.

Students were able to create and roll a sushi roll after the five hour presentation by Chow.

“Sushi chefs earn a great salary. This class is just one example of how the students in the

culinary arts class at SHTC are being prepared to gain employment and work in the wonderful world of culinary,” said culinary arts instructor Lisa Dorris. “Food service is one of the only job markets that continue to need employees in this very troublesome economic time.”
