Alicia B. Williams

April 17, 1924 – May 14, 2012

Alicia B. Williams, 88, Lake City, Fla., passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012 after a short illness. The Guayaquil, Ecuador native moved to Lake City in 1980 from Miami, Fla. She retired from Coulter Electronics in Miami and her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. She also deeply loved her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her friends and was a member of Branford United Methodist Church. Mrs. Williams is survived by her two sons: Ted Williams, Lakeland, Fla., Tom Williams, Lake City, Fla.; one sister: Lily Wheeler, Miami, Fla.; six grandchildren: Trisha, Kristi, Jennifer, Alison, Julie, Travis; 12 great-grandchildren; and her cousin: Angela; Brooksville, Fla. A portion of Sunday’s service at Branford United Methodist Church in Branford, Fla. will be dedicated in her honor. In lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to the Hospice of Nature Coast, 150 N Main Street, High Springs, FL 32643.

Larry K. Daniel, Sr.

Feb. 5, 1946 – May 15, 2012

Larry K. Daniel Sr., 66, Live Oak, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 after a short illness. The Brooksville, Fla. native moved to Live Oak from Brooksville in 1978. He worked at Occidental currently known as PCS in White Springs, Fla. for 20 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Live Oak. Mr. Daniel is survived by the mother of his three sons: Becky Daniel, Live Oak, Fla.; three sons: Larry Keith (Dana) Daniel Jr., Live Oak, Fla,; Scott (Shannon) Daniel, Live Oak, Fla.; Eric (Trina) Daniel, Live Oak, Fla.; two brothers: Jack Daniel, Brooksville, Fla.; Jimmy Daniel, Brooksville, Fla.; six grandchildren: Cody, Blane, Sierra, CaliAnn, Brock and CaLinn. Services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 17 at Daniels Memorial Chapel with Rev. Phillip Herrington officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
