City administrator Bob Farley

Live Oak City Administrator Bob Farley was terminated tonight at the City Council meeting at City Hall.

Councilmen Jacob Grantham, Keith Mixon and Adam Prins voted for the termination while Councilmen Bennie Thomas and John Yulee voted against.

In addition, the council voted to end the public works contract it has with OMI pending legal review of opting out of the contract.
