The Valdosta State football David Dean Youth Camp will be held May 28-31 from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. and is available for boys and girls ages 5-13. The camp gives boys and girls chances to learn basic fundamentals of playing the game of football.

The Valdosta State Blazers won the 2012 Division II national championship and finished with a 12-2 record last season. They open the season Sept. 7 at Fort Valley State University.
