Economic development in Suwannee County has been a topic of late and as such the Suwannee County Development Authority has contracted Boyette Strategic Advisors to gather information from local residents pertaining to economic development.
BSA is an economic development consulting firm and was hired by the Development Authority to facilitate an organizational assessment to obtain an inclusive, consensus based report for revising the organizational structure and staffing of economic development activity in the county, according to SCDA Chairman Tim Williams. BSA has prepared a survey to gather information to assist in discussions regarding those efforts.
The survey is online and should only take about 10 minutes. All residents are encouraged to participate. This will give local officials a better understanding of any issues or challenges facing the county from an economic development perspective.
All responses are confidential and the survey must be completed by Thursday, Aug. 22.

SCDA will incur the expense of the project at $8,500, plus the company’s travel expenses.
