Inell Foster, 48, of Valdosta, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Ga.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. John Manning, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Harrington Rest Cemetery in Delmar.
