Dance the night away at the Seventh Annual Live Oak Policeman’s Ball on Saturday, August 23, at Camp Weed. Proceeds from the event benefit several non-profit organizations in Suwannee County.
“We want to welcome everyone out to the Seventh Annual Police Officer’s Ball,” Police Chief Buddy Williams said. “This year is a sponsor-only event, and will have live music by the Band of Brothers, and also a casino.”
At the end of the night, all proceeds will be distributed among Love Inc., The Live Oak Police Department Community Outreach, Friends of Heritage Park and Gardens and The Suwannee Foundation for Excellence in Education.
General admission tickets are not being offered for the event. However, those who sponsor the police ball at any level will be awarded tickets to the event.
The sapphire level is $250, and comes with two event tickets, shared guest table, on-site signage, mention in the program, and verbal recognition.
To sponsor the event on the ruby level is $500, which includes two more event tickets than the sapphire package.
For $1,000, a gold sponsor gains access to the VIP pre-reception, eight event tickets, one guest table, verbal recognition, prominent mention with logo in program and event display, and on-site accommodations for the evening.
A platinum sponsor receives access to the VIP pre-reception, 12 event tickets, VIP special seating, exclusive banner and signage throughout event, verbal recognition, prominent mention with logo in program and event display, and on-site accommodations for the evening.
The deadline to register for the event is Aug. 8. For more information, please call Erica Moreno at (386) 362-7463.
“The ball is the event of the year and spots are limited. We hope to see you there,” Williams said.
