A fire late Friday destroyed a home in Lake Park  in the 5500 block of Old Hwy. 41 S. Details on the fire are sketchy at the moment, but the Red Cross provided the residents of the house with vouchers for food, clothes and housing, said Jack Looney, disaster program manager for the local Red Cross chapter.
