Editor’s note: Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, this article will appear in the Friday, Nov. 28 edition. 

The Suwannee County Drug Task Force, a combined effort of the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office and Live Oak Police Department, arrested 31 people on drug-related charges Nov. 21-24, and is still searching for about 20 more under warrants. The investigation has been ongoing for several months, and while a few of the arrests are connected, the bust is not part of a big drug ring, according to Sheriff Tony Cameron. Cocaine, cannabis, and the illegal use of prescription drugs, particularly opioids, attributed to the most arrests.

The following individuals were apprehended by the Drug Task Force and booked into the Suwannee County Jail from Nov. 21-24:

Gregory Earl Conner, 55, 19709 152nd St., Live Oak, two counts each of traffic of oxycodone, sale of oxycodone, and possession of oxycodone with intent to sell; and one count each of sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Richard Allen Brown, 29, 20266 39th Dr., Wellborn, two counts each of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, sale of cocaine, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

James Tyler Garcia, 21, 6009 CR 249, Live Oak, one charge of possession of prescription medicines with intent to sell.

James Edward McKennon, 36, 611 SW 7th St., Live Oak, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell; sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church; sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility; possession of cannabis with intent to sell; two counts of the sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a church; and two counts of the sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Jermaine Antwan Herring, 28, 218 NW Andra Davis St., Live Oak, five counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell; four counts each of the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility and unlawful use of a two-way communication device; and one count of the sale of cocaine.

Joseph William Brown, 27, 20042 29th Dr., Wellborn, one count each for sale of amphetamine and possession of amphetamine with intent to sell.

Thomas Lee Ford, 22, 18947 CR 136 W, Live Oak, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and the sale of methamphetamine.

Jerry Windell Harris, 35, 424 Louis Ave. SW, Live Oak, two counts each of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church; one charge of the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a recreational facility.

Joshua Caleb Land, 22, 8922 182nd St., McAlpin, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and the sale of methamphetamine.

Lee Sentel Coleman, 32, 216 N Walker St., Live Oak, two counts of possession of cannabis with intent to sell; one count each of the sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility and within 1,000 feet of a church.

James Lavon Reed, Jr., 24, 802 Tarver Ave., Live Oak, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; sale or delivery of a controlled substance; two counts each for sale of MDMA, possession of MDMA with intent to sell, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Raymond Charles Tillis, 45, 3759 CR 252, Wellborn, one count each for possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Dean Vilardi, 19, 9844 77th Pl., Live Oak, charged with possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, traffic of oxycodone, and possession of prescription drugs contraband.

Jamar Andre Banks, 30, 3934 286th Terr., Branford, two counts each of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, sale of cocaine, and the unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Donald Randolph Priester, 32, 10883 73rd Dr., Live Oak, two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and the sale of a controlled substance.

Ordelis Gamboa Frometa, 34, 126 Duval St., Live Oak, two counts each of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church, sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility, possession of MDMA with intent to sell, sale of MDMA within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility; and possession of cannabis with intent to sell; one count each of sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility, sale of cannabis, possession of cocaine, resisting an officer without violence, committing a sexual act with a minor, and contributing to delinquency.

Shawn Aaron Wrightsel, 28, 1003 NW 1st St., Branford, charged with two counts each for sale of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a recreational facility, sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a recreational facility, possession of hydrocodone with intent to sell, and possession of cannabis with intent to sell.

McKiver William Cuffy, 34, 1318 N Martin Luther King Blvd., Tallahassee, charged with two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell; sale or delivery of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; three violations of probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, sale of cocaine, and sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church.

Paul Joseph Gibson, Jr., 54, 815 Hamilton Ave., Live Oak, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and the sale of cocaine.

Jennifer Lee Butler, 42, 103 Lisle Ave., Live Oak, one count of possession of prescription drugs with intent to sell.

Tiffany Rose Teachman, 27, 8938 176th Pl., McAlpin, charged with possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, possession of diazepam with intent to sell, and the sale of diazepam.

Stella Thomas, 53, 23629 101st Rd., O’Brien, faces one count each for trafficking oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, sale of oxycodone, possession of morphine with intent to sell, sale of morphine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and sale of cocaine.

Kathleen Mary Buck, 49, 8082 SW 79th Dr., Jasper, two counts each of possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church, and sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Shannar Casey Buck, 48, 8082 79th Dr., Jasper, two counts of possession of oxycodone with intent to sell; one count each for sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church, sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church and childcare facility, and the sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Beth Ann Beaver, 44, 10865 SR 51, Live Oak, charged with traffic in hydrocodone, sale of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a church, sale of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility, possession of alprazolam with intent to sell, sale of alprazolam within 1,000 feet of a church, and sale of alprazolam within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Misty Dawn Cuatt, 32, 7862 173rd Rd., Live Oak, arrested for possession of over 20 grams of cannabis.

Jeffrey Anteri, 59, 12765 72nd Terr., Live Oak, two counts each for the sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church and the sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility; one count each of trafficking in oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, possession of hydrocodone with intent to sell, sale of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a church, and sale of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Danny Eugene Turley, 64, 12765 72nd Terr., Live Oak, two counts each of possession of cannabis with intent to sell and the sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a church and childcare facility; one count each for trafficking in oxycodone, sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church, sale of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility, and sale of prescription drugs.

Tadgh Michael Kelly, 55, 11250 145th Rd., Live Oak, two counts each for possession of hydrocodone with intent to sell and the traffic of hydrocodone; one count each of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, sale of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and sale of methamphetamine.

Thomas Michael Davis, 42, 11664 129th Rd., Live Oak, charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell, sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, and sale of cannabis within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility.

Philanzer Washington, 50, 13571 CR 132, Live Oak, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and the sale of cocaine.
