With the help of a bionic eye a Minnesota man has seen his wife, and everything else, for the first time in 10 years. 

Allen Zderad, 68, suffers from retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic condition that has degraded his sight over the course of many years. But now, Medical News Today reported, with the help of Mayo Clinic and his bionic eye, Zderad can see shapes and changes in light in the form of a pixelated, mostly black and white image.
