Wayne Samuel Hill, 42, 1662 CR 249, Live Oak, and Carol Ann Taylor, 42, 22743 130th Terrace, Live Oak, were both “found to be in possession of precursor chemicals, a completed methamphetamine cook process, and equipment associated with a clandestine methamphetamine lab,” according to SCSO reports.
A third defendant, Michael Eugene Jenkins, 40, 13975 68th St., Live Oak, admitted to helping Hill and Taylor produce the meth, advising the Drug Task Force that his fingerprints were likely on pieces of equipment used in the meth production. The SCSO report also states Jenkins admitted to ingesting the produced meth.
The location of these offenses is near 147th Rd. and CR 136 W in Live Oak, according to the reports.
Hill, Taylor, and Jenkins were all charged with manufacture of meth in the amount of 1,044 grams, possession of precursor chemicals, and traffic in meth in the amount of 1,044 grams. Hill and Taylor received orders revoking their bonds in Hamilton County cases in which they were each charged with two counts of possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Man arrested for bath salts sale
A Live Oak man was arrested recently on a warrant for possession and sale of 3,4-methylenedioxymethcathinone (methylone), also known as “bath salts,” and a substance identified as MDMA or “Molly.” Kwame Sewrail Brown, 24, 943 Davis St., Live Oak, was brought in for drug-related offenses dating back to February and March 2014, according to Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office records.

On Feb. 19, 2014 and March 15, 2014, the SCSO Drug Task Force performed two controlled investigations near Anna Ave. and Glass St. in Live Oak using a confidential source who acted as a buyer. One investigation found that Brown possessed methylone, a controlled substance, and sold it to the source, using a two-way communication device to facilitate the sales, according to the report. The second investigation found Brown to have possessed and sold 10 capsules of what he called “Molly” or MDMA to the source, but later analysis indicated the drug evidence was not a controlled substance under Florida Statutes. The source positively identified Brown through photographic line-up as the one who sold the drugs, the SCSO reports state.
Brown was booked into the Suwannee County Jail for charges of possession of methylone with intent to sell in the amount of 2.4 grams; sale of a controlled substance, methylone, in the amount of 2.4 grams; sale in lieu of MDMA; and two counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
