VALDOSTA — Frank and Cissy Norman of Valdosta, announce the engagement of their daughter, Keely Norman of Valdosta, Ga., to Colten Parker, of Chatsworth, Ga., son of  Tony Parker of Chatsworth, Ga. and Sonja Nicholson of Chatsworth, Ga. 

The wedding is planned to be held  at 3 p.m. Oct. 24, 2015 at Eton Chapel Church of God, Chatsworth, Ga. 

The bride-elect  is the granddaughter of Evelyn Norman and the late Julian Norman of Valdosta and the late Bob and Corinne White of Jacksonville, Fla. The bride-elect is a graduate of Lowndes High School, received a Bachelor of Fine Arts  Degree in Speech Communication at Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Ga., and Juris Doctorate Degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Va. She is employed by Whitfield County District Attorney’s Office,  as an Assistant District Attorney. 

The groom-elect is the grandson of  Bill and Bobbie Parker of Chatsworth, Ga., C.W. Queen of Dalton, Ga. and Rachel Queen of Dalton, Ga. The groom-elect is a graduate of Murray County High School in Chatsworth, Ga. He is employed by Dalton Police Department as a Police Officer.
