Audrey M. Hart, 90, passed away on Jan. 8, 2016, in Lake City, Fla. Audrey was born Sept. 11, 1925, in Mayo, Florida, to Benjamin Homer Wimberly and Annie Lee Shiver Wimberly.

Mrs. Hart was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church for 60 or more years. Mrs. Hart was a homemaker.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Homer and Annie Lee Wimberly, and her husband Lester F. “Bob” Hart.

Mrs. Hart is survived by her children: Foye Hart,  Benny Hart (June), Jo Ann Sullivan (Jody)Wayne Hart, Rodney Hart (Glenda), Mikie Hart (Gina), Mark Hart (Lynn); 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Riverside Baptist Church with Bro. Kyle Giddens, Bro. Bob Scott, Bro. Ricky Lyons, and Bro. Glenn Luttrell officiating. Interment services followed immediately afterwards in Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at Airline Baptist Church. For those who wish, donations can be made to Haven Hospice of Lake City. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Mayo.
