SPIRIT OF THE SUWANNEE MUSIC PARK & CAMPGROUND, LIVE OAK, FLA – March 11-13 at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Fla. is an exciting weekend for RV lovers and country music fans!

A band somewhat new to SOSMP fans, Middle Ground Band of Palatka, will be raising the roof tonight, Friday, March 11, in the Music Hall from 8 p.m. – midnight! This band is rowdy, gets loud and plays rockin’ country and Southern rock for your dancing or listening pleasure. Don’t forget those dancing shoes! Free admission, doors open Friday night at 5 p.m.

This Saturday night, March 12, is the last preliminary Suwannee River Jam (SRJ) Audition at the Music Park for the 25th Anniversary SRJ set for April 27-30 at the SOSMP. Many extremely talented country artists will be auditioning Saturday night beginning at 7 p.m. Winners will return to the SOSMP Saturday, March 26, to compete in the finals to see who gets to perform at the SRJ! Reservations suggested March 12 and also March 26 (call 386-364-1703 Tuesday and Thursday – Saturday afternoon/evenings), free admission.  Audition begins at 7 p.m., doors open at 5 p.m. for dinner every Friday and Saturday.

Meanwhile, the 3rd Annual Florida’s Suwannee River Valley RV Super Show sponsored by Camping World of Lake City, Fla. and Lake Park, Ga. and the SOSMP, continues at the front gate of the SOSMP grounds next to US 129 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. through Sunday, March 13 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) with more than 125 beautiful RV units onsite along with vendors and manufacturer reps.
