Due to the deadly storms Sunday, some school systems have announced closures for Monday.

The following school systems have announced there will be no classes Monday.

– Berrien County

– Brooks County

– Cook County

– Clinch County

– Crossroads Baptist School

– Echols County

– Georgia Christian School

– Highland Christian Academy

– Lanier County 

– Lowndes County

– Open Bible Christian School

– St. John Catholic School 

– Scintilla 

– Valdosta City Schools

– Valdosta State University: Normal business, events and athletics resume 5 p.m. Monday.

– Valwood School

– Wiregrass Georgia Technical College (all campuses)

ALSO CLOSING

– Little Angels Pre-School and Child Care Center

The Valdosta Daily Times will update the list as more school system closures are confirmed.
