Live Oak, Jennings men arrested in child sex sting

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A Live Oak man and a Jennings man were two of a dozen suspects arrested in a child sex sting during the past week, according to Florida officials.

Philip Graham, 41, of Live Oak, was arrested Feb. 9 as part of Operation Cupid’s Arrow, according to Jessica Cary of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. James Singletary, 53, of Jennings, was arrested Wednesday.

Both Graham, who lives on 81st Road in Live Oak, and Singletary, who lives on NW 34th Blvd. in Jennings, were charged with traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce/solicit/lure child, according to FDLE documents. Both were taken to the Columbia County Jail, the FDLE said.

Investigators posed as children online and found the suspects in chat rooms, dating sites and social media networks using instant messaging, texting, and even online classified ads, according to the FDLE. The suspects thought they were talking with underage children, according to FDLE documents.

The suspects ranged from a college student to an attorney, the FDLE said. Agencies working with the FDLE included the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, state’s attorneys, the U.S. Marshal’s Service, U.S. Attorney’s offices and sheriff’s offices and police departments across North Florida, the FDLE said.

The other 10 men arrested, according to FDLE documents, include:

• Matthew Carter, 33, Oak Lane, Lake Park. Charges: traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child

• Tony Sheldon, 38, Richview Park Circle S., Tallahassee. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child.

• William Hall, 64, Poinsettia Ave., West Palm Beach. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child.

• Calvin McFarland, 21, Shauna Oaks Circle E., Jacksonville: Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child.

• Kyl Johnson, 26, SW Dexter Circle, Lake City. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child

• Christopher Francis, 34, Bedford Way, Tallahassee. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child.

• Darrel Harvey, 48, Preservation Road, Tallahassee. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child.

• Frantisek Pribyl, 47, Rocmar Drive, Snellville, Ga. Charges: Attempted enticement of a minor and traveling to meet a minor for sex acts

• Michael Chmielewski, 37, Hall Drive, Tallahassee. Charges: Traveling to meet after using a computer to lure child and obscene communication use computer to seduce solicit/lure child

• Dayton M. (Mike) Cramer, 70, Winnstead Ct., Tallahassee. Charges: Attempted enticement of a minor.
