VALDOSTA — Valdosta State University is hosting its fifth annual African-American festival. 

The festival includes a display of historical artifacts with contemporary art created by VSU students.

The display opens in VSU’s University Center Saturday, Feb. 17, from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. It is open to the public.
