LHS seniors receive more than 100 awards, scholarships

MAYO — Lafayette High School held its Senior Awards Program on Monday.
LHS Principal Stewart Hancock announced the 2017 Salutatorian as Ana Palomino.
Superintendent Robbie Edwards named Diana Hernandez the 2017 Valedictorian.
Monica Powe, Rachel Lake and Lang Guyton are the three candidates for Honor Student. The winner will be announced at the Graduation Ceremony at 7 p.m. Friday.
